Project Description

Nestled against the foothills of Carpinteria is the hub for Pacific Resources International, the company that brings the essence of New Zealand to the US. Of all the products that PRI imports, the shining star has to be its Makuna honey which offers powerful antibacterial properties great for boosting immune systems.

Over 30 years ago, David Noll embarked on a journey to New Zealand that led to meeting his wife, and the launch of PRI. Now David, his wife Linda, their daughter Kristy, and son-in-law Dominic, continue to bring these products to the states. They have secured exclusive partnerships with some of the finest products New Zealand offers including honey, sea salt, elixirs, and so much more.

As their product lines and geographic footprint grew, Buynak, Fauver, Archbald & Spray became PRI’s general counsel, just as they are to over 200 companies on the Central Coast. The law firm’s involvement with PRI includes corporate and tax structures; real estate purchasing, leasing and zoning; import and agency agreements and requirements; international agreements and treaties; employee and contractor arrangements; long term strategies; and all of their intellectual property from trade secrets to trademarks, patents and copyrights. In summary, our law firm partnered with PRI for their ongoing legal requirements and needs to ensure that litigation or other legal issues did not interrupt their success. We have fun being part of the PRI Team!
